I can not believe when Suzy asked for a lie detector test seventeen years ago they just ignored it and now she finally got one seventeen years later and passed it. I am so happy for her and so will her kids. I check my computer every day and night to see if anything is going on. We have to give a lot of credit to ken her ex. He is so smart that he probably could be a lawyer without going to school. He took care of suzy’s kids and bought them cloth’s we had the kids over at Christmas time and ken bought them toys and at Thanksgiven time they had dinner with the whole family. You have to give ken a lot of credit for what he did for suzy’s kids. He would comfort them, buy them things they needed and Kim also bought things for Suzy and her kids. Ken, is the one you have to give a lot of credit to and kim is the younger one of the family and also helped out. It is about 11:00pm Thursday and I had to check my computer one more time before going to bed. I am Suzy’s ex sister in law. The good lord was really with suzy. Give ken her ex a lot of credit. God Bless Suzy
I call her susie different spelling I always have.

Thanks for the comments, Maureen. I agree, I can think of no good reason for Winn not to offer Suzy a polygraph. According to the witnesses, Winn gave polygraphs to at least two other witnesses–and they both failed! Suzy begged to take a polygraph, some of which occurred off camera, and Winn flat out refused!

While we’re not at liberty to discuss the details at this juncture, we did want to emphasize that we are working collaboratively with the District Attorney’s office on this case. We are tremendously impressed with the integrity of their investigation thus far.

Watching this brought tears to my eyes. Its sooo familiar; the plea of INNOCENCE; the IGNORING of that plea; lying witnesses; bad police work (if any @ all); and just the DISREGARD for ones life-it’s TRAGIC!! But watching the video, one can see that Susan is strong. And being to able to look @ her face as she prepared to take the polygraph-I felt her JOY (that’s what brought the tears). Knowing that you FINALLY have some help; that you’re FINALLY gonna be able to prove your INNOCENCE and could possibly breathe again–there’s no other feeling!! And its all made possible by Deirdre O’Connor & Innocence Matters when there was no other ear to turn to, she opened hers up. And if she didn’t, my story could have had a horrible ending (THANK YOU AGAIN & AGAIN). So those that are paying attention to this, THANK YOU also because the more people are aware of these injustices and are willing to join the cause, the better chances we have in preventing them. So support Susan and in turn you’re supporting JUSTICE.

I know what Winn did was deplorable but was it illegal? Is a polygraph a “right” or is it optional and at the discretion of the “investigator”?
Deirdre O'Connor said:
I see it as further evidence of her bias. If she’s using polys as an investigative tool in this case, why not give Suzy one? I believe was worried Suzy would pass.

Can the fact that Suzy asked for the poly again and again be used in any capacity to now help Suzy?
